These are original WWII pouches for the Carlisle style field dressing. Standard issue for all ground troops in WWII.
These are all OD green. A lot of them appear to have started in the early war Khaki color and were later dyed green, and as you can see some have faded and been worn to different degrees. This dying was done both during WWII, notably in the Pacific where the lighter gear did not blend at all in the jungles, and after the war as the Army switched to all OD green gear in order to keep using the khaki ones.
These are used, and show some hard use, but all all fully serviceable and ready to use or display.
